This family includes human snoRNAs ACA2a (SNORA2A), ACA2b (SNORA2B) and ACA34 (SNORA34). ACA2a and ACA2a are predicted to guide pseudouridylation of U4263 and U4282 in 28S rRNA and ACA34 is predicted to guide the pseudouridylation of residue U4269 and U4282 of 28S rRNA . In humans all three of these snoRNAs share the same host gene .
