  • 3-methylcrotonoyl-CoA carboxylase 2 deficiency (MCC2D) [MIM:210210]: An autosomal recessive disorder of leucine catabolism. The phenotype is variable, ranging from neonatal onset with severe neurological involvement to asymptomatic adults.
